設計主軸以復刻台灣早期紅磚厝；並結合原始傳統粿店的特色為設計理念的創意發想。除了在視覺上，更能在精神層面上呼應台灣早期拼搏氛圍！ 入口地面上的TR磚，搭配杉木原木天花板，傳統撥桿開關到電線礙子，烏心石原木檯面引領人客穿越紅磚牆面的歷史軌跡。老菜櫥、老窗花映證粿店的年代，竹籃，蒸籠延續了粿店奮鬥的痕跡，期許能藉由賦予新生再次見證光輝燦爛
Rooted in the nostalgic charm of Taiwan’s traditional red-brick houses, the space draws inspiration from the heritage of old-style guó (粿) shops. This design not only speaks visually but also resonates on a deeper level—honoring the hardworking spirit of early Taiwanese generations.
From the TR tiles at the entrance and the exposed cedar wood ceiling, to the retro toggle switches and ceramic wire insulators, every detail invites guests to walk through a living memory of Taiwan’s red-brick past. The wūxīnshí(blackwood) countertop anchors the space with timeless strength, while vintage kitchen cupboards, decorative window grilles, bamboo baskets, and steaming baskets echo the everyday life and resilience of traditional guó makers. Through thoughtful restoration and reinterpretation, we hope to breathe new life into the past—reviving its brilliance for the present day.

蒸籠化作吊燈，珠簾垂落如時間流動，為空間帶來獨特節奏。大圓桌承載著台灣辦桌文化的熱鬧與共享精神，搭配鐵椅、舊窗與老式碗櫥，喚起人們對街頭喜宴與社區記憶的共鳴。
Steamer baskets transformed into pendant lights, with bead curtains flowing like time in motion, give the room a rhythmic charm. At the center, a large round table reflects Taiwan’s bàn-zhuō culture — where food, laughter, and connection are shared. Iron stools, vintage windows, and retro cabinets complete the nostalgic setting, echoing memories of neighborhood banquets and communal joy.

Solid wood tables, left largely untouched, paired with tableware inspired by early Taiwanese elements, elevate the overall atmosphere with warmth and authenticity.
實木長桌延伸出濃濃的生活感，竹編燈飾灑下柔和光影，像是回到老屋中的晚餐時光。餐具則呼應台灣早期風格，讓一頓飯也成為記憶的延續。
The long solid wood table brings a strong sense of everyday familiarity, while bamboo lamps cast soft, dappled light — evoking dinners in an old family home. The tableware, inspired by early Taiwanese designs, carries stories with every bite.
紅磚牆配上復古電線礙子，是台灣舊時代住宅最真實的縮影。它們不張揚，卻在細節中講述著過去與土地的連結。
Red brick walls and ceramic wire insulators reflect the essence of old Taiwanese homes. Subtle yet meaningful, they quietly speak of history and a deep connection to place.
